The Vacancy
As the Lead Operational Customer Services Manager you will be responsible for managing, leading and developing teams within our Customer Hub. These teams include Operational Customer Services, New Supplies, Digital Communications, Supply Queries, Wholesale Services and Customer Care. The role is a deputy to the Head of Customer Hub and will be required to contribute and support the strategic plans for the delivery of key business priorities.
Day to day you’ll be…
Ensure resource is maximised efficiently over the teams responsible for in the Customer Hub by establishing ways for teams to be multi-skilled and work towards efficiency savings in line with the business needs.
Lead the teams to work closely with operational support to minimise disruptive impact on customers.
Manage the end-to-end process of all customer journeys.
Understand the Wholesale services compliance and be responsible for it.
Identify solutions and be accountable for the governance and implementation of them throughout the teams to allow the Customer Hub to work in line with the business blueprints – these teams include Customer, P&S, Streetworks and our delivery partners.
Implement continuous improvement across the teams.
Manage the ICS ServiceMark programme with the ambition to reach distinction.
Ensure good working relationships are held with our internal and external stakeholders i.e. Pelican, MOSL, CCW, OFWAT.
Collaborate with the Senior P&S Manager and our Delivery Partners to ensure work banks are managed and coordinated to maximise the delivery of C-MeX, D-MeX, Water UK and R-MeX measures.
Collaborate with our Delivery Partners to ensure gang processes are followed so that data/plans/KPIs and dashboards are ‘right first time’.
Be part of the governance for any changes to operational processes between the Planning team and our delivery partners to ensure the process is not only efficient but is cost effective (or cost reduced) whilst maximising customer excellence.
Deputise for the Head of Customer Hub in their absence or times of unavailability
Collaborate with SWW to work on integration, promoting and leading on the ‘best of the best’

How does the Company protect data?

For how long does the Company keep data?
